"The campaign will allow us to invest in programs like our elite, award-winning E-Lead program, where we take undergraduate students and allow them to experience leadership first-hand so they're better prepared for the world." -Chuck Swoboda #TimetoRiseMU #BeTheDifference

"E-Lead is a three-year program that students start as sophomores, focusing on three things: leading oneself, leading with others and all the things required to develop something new that solves a real problem and creates real value." -@KateTrevey #TimetoRiseMU #BeTheDifference

“Our strategic plan in @MUEngineering is about changing the face of engineering. We need to do a better job in engineering to bring in a much more diverse workforce: people of color, women, people with physical disabilities.”– @DeanRopellaMU #TimetoRiseMU #BeTheDifference

Developing Ignatian Engineers is core to the Opus College of Engineering. The world needs entrepreneurially-minded men and women who are creative, innovative and comfortable with being uncomfortable. And most importantly, we need Ignatian Engineers who think about how their work will impact others for the better.
